Gråbogården has a long history in the area. Since 1960 it has been a popular place for children and families, mainly from the city of Gothenburg, to spend summer vacation in nature. In recent years it became a popular destination with scouts and youth groups from Germany, Denmark, Norway and the Netherlands.

Since 2019, Gråbogården is a privately owned family business and our vision is to build a comfortable holiday retreat for those who seek to spend time in nature. Your stay with us should be relaxing, inspiring and energizing. We believe that the little lake with its' white and pink waterlilies and surrounding forest will positively impact your well-being.

We take sustainability very seriously as it's our reason for being. Being connected to West Sweden's initiative for a sustainable hospitality industry, Hållbarhetsklivet, is a clear choice for us and we do what we can to reduce the environmental impact of our operations.
